PR
What does PR mean? To an internet marketing newbie, there is probably a lot of common terminology that is mysterious and seems extraordinarily complex. Really, it’s not so bad. When using the term ‘PR’ people usually mean ‘Page Rank’ (it can also mean ‘Press Release’ which I will discuss shortly). Page rank is simply a number from 1 to 10 assigned to a certain page that’s indexed in Google. The higher your page rank is in Google, the more authority you have. And Google is the only search engine you need worry yourself about (if you’re a newbie). A Page rank ’4′ is a very good ranking, and many sites you look at will have a ’0′.
The other thing that ‘PR’ can refer to is a ‘Press Release’. This is simply a term given to an article of some sort that has to do with something relevant or cutting-edge. You can use Press Releases in conjunction with social bookmarking and networking sites to generate huge streams of traffic, but this isn’t where we’ll go into that.

It’s very useful for any amount of traffic, becasue then people can subscribe to your site, and recieve emails when you have written a new post. You can create one on, feedburner Then you just need to post the HTML link into your blog to have the new icon show up, so that people can subcribe to your blog.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via “natural” (“organic” or “algorithmic”) search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it “ranks”, the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
